Schontek cuts, forms, fabricates and welds carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We offer completely segregated stainless-steel processing to prevent contamination of our stainless work. Our focus is small to medium run batch sizes of sheet metal and tubular frame products.

We use 3-D CAD software to design, manufacture and program. We also can assist our customers in design review to reduce cost and complexity. With a heavy focus on 6S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, we’ll find strategic solutions that work for you in metal fab.

We handle many welding requirements from standard to exotic material welding. Our in-house certified welder / trainer / inspector has more than 20 years’ experience, eleven of those as a state certified weld inspector. In addition, we hold over 25 weld certifications and have the ability to develop and certify to others as needed.
