利用規約

1. 総則

Schontek Electronics（以下「当社」）は電子部品の独立系ディストリビューターです。当社が取り扱う製品のメーカーといかなる提携、承認、推奨関係にもありません。すべての商標、ブランド名、ロゴは各所有者の財産です。

2. お見積もり＆価格

• All quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless another currency is explicitly specified.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to market fluctuations or supply chain changes before order confirmation.
• Bulk order discounts are available upon request and subject to quantity and availability.

3. ご注文＆お支払い

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal (for orders under $5,000), and Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above $50,000.
• New customers may be required to provide a deposit of 30-100% before shipment.
• Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

4. 製品の真正性＆品質

• All parts supplied are 100% authentic and new unless explicitly described as surplus, refurbished, or used.
• The Company performs incoming quality inspection on all parts including visual inspection, lot/date code verification, and functional testing where applicable.
• Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and test reports are available upon request.

5. 納品＆配送

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless otherwise agreed.

6. 返品＆保証

• 返品は当社の RMAポリシー.
• Warranty period is 90 days from the date of delivery for defective or non-conforming parts.
• The Company's liability is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price of the affected goods.

7. 輸出コンプライアンス

すべての出荷は適用される輸出管理規制の対象となります。当社の 輸出コンプライアンスポリシー. 購入者は、現地の輸入法および最終用途制限を遵守する責任を負います。

8. 責任の制限

当社は、製品の使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別的、または結果的損害について、いかなる場合も責任を負いません。総責任額は、問題の製品の購入価格を超えないものとします。

9. 準拠法

本規約は、当社が事業を行う管轄区域（中国香港特別行政区および中国深圳）の法律に準拠します。紛争はまず友好的な交渉により解決し、必要に応じて仲裁により解決するものとします。
