1. Versandarten

2. Auftragsbearbeitung

• Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM HKT are processed the same business day.
• Standard processing time: 1-2 business days for in-stock items.
• Items requiring sourcing may take 3-7 business days depending on availability.

3. Versandkosten

• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen method.
• Free shipping is available for orders above $5,000 USD via Express within Asia and $10,000 USD worldwide.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are agreed.

4. Verpackung

• All parts are shipped in ESD-safe packaging to protect sensitive components.
• Moisture-sensitive devices (MSD) are sealed with desiccant and humidity indicator cards per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033.
• Original manufacturer packaging is preserved whenever possible.

5. Sendungsverfolgung

Eine Sendungsnummer wird per E-Mail bereitgestellt, sobald Ihre Bestellung versendet wurde. Sie können Ihre Sendung über die Website des Spediteurs verfolgen.

6. Lieferprobleme

• If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and notify us within 3 business days.
• Claims for lost shipments must be filed within 30 days of the ship date.
• The Company will assist with carrier claims but is not liable for carrier-caused damage or loss once risk has transferred.

7. Eingeschränkte Bestimmungsorte

Wir versenden nicht in Länder oder an Einrichtungen, die umfassenden Sanktionen der USA (OFAC), EU oder UN unterliegen. Siehe unsere Export-Compliance-Richtlinie für Details.
